Scott Walker (R).[2] In the early morning hours of October 3, 2013, officers and Milwaukee County DA investigators carried out raids on several homes located in four counties across Wisconsin. There were also several subpoenas served to a number of conservative organizations.[3][4] On October 21, 2013, a second round of subpoenas went out for additional bank records.[5] The investigators subpoenaed Eisner, Nonbox and all Eisner's communications. Eisner was involved in media ads run by the Wisconsin Club for Growth (WCFG) during the 2012 recall elections.[6]
