Arthur Corvese (Democratic Party) (also known as Doc) is a member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing District 55. He assumed office in 1999. His current term ends on January 5, 2027.

Corvese (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Rhode Island House of Representatives to represent District 55. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.

Corvese currently serves as deputy majority leader.

Biography

Corvese earned his B.S. from Providence College in 1977 and his O.D. from New England College of Optometry in 1981. His professional experience includes working as an Optometrist.[1] From 1987 to 1998, Corvese served as a North Providence, Rhode Island School Committeeman.
