Steven DeBoy, Sr.
Steven J. DeBoy, Sr. (b. January 2, 1956) is a former Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 12A from 2003 to 2015. DeBoy did not seek re-election in 2014.
Biography
DeBoy's professional experience includes working as a Special Investigator with the Howard County Police Department, background investigator with Systems Application and Technology, Incorporated, Senior Legislative Assistant to Baltimore County Councilman S.G. Samuel Moxley, and a Police Officer/Detective in Baltimore County.

On November 7, 2006, Steven DeBoy, Sr. ran for District 12A of the Maryland House of Delegates, winning the second of two seats, losing to James Malone, Jr. but beating Joe Hooe and Albert Nalley.[2]
