James E. Malone, Jr. (b. July 8, 1957) is a former Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 12A from 1995 to 2015. He served as Deputy Majority Whip from 1999 to 2002. Malone did not seek re-election in 2014.

Malone's professional experience includes working as a Lieutenant with the Baltimore County Fire Department.
