The Steuben Association’s mission is to promote opportunities for UFT members to embrace their German heritage with social, cultural, educational and linguistic activities and events. The UFT Steuben Association will be comprised of members of all represented UFT chapters. Together, the association wants to demonstrate and foster the rich culture heritage of Germans and German Americans and their contribution to our society in a multitude of areas including, but not limited to, the arts, sports, language, education and science.
