Cho earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan. He earned a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.[1]
Professional career
Cho's career experience includes working as an assistant U.S. attorney and as a Chief of Bankruptcy and Immigration Litigation with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, as an adjunct professor with the New York University School of Law and Brooklyn Law School, and as a lawyer with Seyfarth Shaw.[1]
