The California Duties of the Lieutenant Governor Amendment, also known as Amendment 11, was on the ballot in California on November 8, 1892, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. The measure would have increased the duties and compensation of the lieutenant governor and removed a limitation on pay of clerks of state offices.[1][2]
