Anthony A. Mozingo was a judge on the Fifteenth Judicial District (Place 1) in Mississippi. He was first elected to the position in 2010.[1][2] He was re-elected on November 4, 2014, for a term that begins in 2015 and expires in 2018.[3][4]

General: He defeated James L. Gray in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 59.5 percent of the vote. [4] 

2010

Mozingo defeated R.I. Prichard in the general election for the Mississippi Circuit Court, winning 52 percent of the vote.[2][5]

Education

Mozingo earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, going on to receive his J.D. from the Mississippi College School of Law.[1]

Career

Prior to his judicial election, Mozingo worked as a justice court judge and municipal judge for the Fifteenth Judicial District for over ten years. He also has experience as an attorney for the Lamar County Board of Supervisors, the boards of directors of the Longleaf Trace, the West Lamar Water Association and the Lamar County Economic Development District.[1]
