A City of Sacramento Utility Users Tax, Measure O ballot question was on the November 4, 2008 ballot for voters in the city of Sacramento in Sacramento County, California, where it was approved.
Measure O reduced the existing utility user tax rate from 7.5 percent to 7 percent, and expanded the tax to cover more items.
