The "Used Car Lemon Law" Initiative did not make the November 8, 2016, ballot in Arizona as an initiated state statute.
The measure, upon voter approval, would have required sellers of used vehicles to guarantee the vehicle for the life of the loan of the vehicle.[1]

Path to the ballot
Initiative proponents needed to collect 150,642 signatures by July 7, 2016, to land the measure on the ballot. Supporters did not, however, submit signatures by the deadline.[2]
