Roberto DaSilva is a former Democratic member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing District 63 from 2009 to 2013.
Biography
DaSilva earned his B.S. from Roger Williams University. His professional experience includes working for the City of Pawtucket Police Department.[1]

DaSilva ran for Rhode Island State Senate in District 14. He was defeated by incumbent Daniel Da Ponte in the Democratic primary on September 11.[2][3]

DaSilva won re-election to the 63rd District seat in 2010. He was unopposed in the September 14 Democratic primary election and also faced no opposition in the general election on November 2, 2010.[4][5]

In 2008, DaSilva was elected to the Rhode Island House District 63. DaSilva (D) finished with 3,922 votes and was followed by Edmund Lethear (R) with 1,527 votes and Mary Matthews (I) with 939 votes.[6] DaSilva raised $29,559 for his campaign fund.[7]
