The Land plot

"On the street your dreams will cost you"

Teenage friends Cisco, Boobie, Junior and Patty Cake, skateboard through the streets of Cleveland, Ohio. They dream of being discovered by a sponsor and getting out of poverty. Then the youths find a bag full of pills in a stolen car. Cisco's entrepreneurial instincts take over and their lives look better in an instant. However, no one had counted on the town's cold-hearted, calculated, and notorious drug lord; 'Mommy'.
