Drive plot
"There ain't no cruise control."
Toby Wong has a turbo drive made by a Hong Kong company in his chest, which he wants to sell to an American. During a gunfight in a bar, he meets Malik Brody, and forces him to travel with him to Los Angeles. However, the turbo drive makers want their product back and send Vic Madison to stop Wong.

Nice movie by Mark Dacascos next to Crying freeman and Brotherhood of the Wolf.
Good action and comedic parts together with Kadeem Hardison, it reminds me a bit of Rush Hour but the film is no less because of that.

Reasonable film, but nothing more. Action is fun at times, audiovisually not special anymore, and the cast is not bad but also not special. Especially Mark Dacascos lacks some charisma, although Brittany Murphy does have a very nice supporting role.

A failed Rush Hour with uninteresting characters and ditto actors. It could not charm me at all. The fight scenes also last too long for me.
