They both are somehow similar stories but differ in some elements too ..I don't want to spoil... In both there's some tragedy or a painful past but then the present that looks promising .. Also they both are arranged marriage stories..

Male lead has a supernatural ability.
Female lead has a painful past.
In Kimi no Koe, female lead can't speak and in Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon, female lead is a very quiet girl.
Living together before marriage (arrange marriage).
Both are set around the same time period.
Male lead rescues the female lead.
The overall plot and main storyline of both these are similar.
