Hey Elken, just to let you know that I've swapped your TV size nomination for Puniru wa Kawaii Slime ED song with a full version. Normally I don't swap TV size for a full version at all when making the voting thread for SotM, but this song is too damn catchy and TV size version doesn't do it justice! xD
Btw, is the anime any good? Score is kinda low on MAL.

The ribeye actually came out fine, since I prefer my steaks rare. I did a pan sear on both side after it was cooked to what I liked. Though, I will say the T-bones came out a bit better.

It seems what you're recommending is mostly what I usually do. Instead of a dry rub in the fridge overnight, I generally marinate the steak in whatever beer I have on hand. I've experimented with an hour, 4 hours, 5 hours, and 8 hours multiple times and even the 1-hour steak usually comes out better, IMO. Some people think marinating in beer is bad after an hour, while other claim it needs to be at least 4 to 5 hours, or even overnight. I generally don't season steak until I'm about ready to cook them... I might leave them out seasoned for maybe an hour if I'm doing something else or wanted to be more active in the kitchen while waiting for room temp.

I've watched many youtube videos on cooking steak since I posted the question on your wall, and it seems like there are many ways people swear by.

Yo, I hope all is well. If I happened to propose something like a collab, would that be considered off the table? Also, I've currently been cooking steaks in my air fryer, but have never cooked a ribeye. I have one, and also bought a dry aged. Do you happen to have any experience with any of this nonesense?
