Description: Asian Economics Letters is a quarterly journal that aims to be a letters type journal covering all areas of Asian economics, broadly defined. Research on Asian economies has seen significant growth. The resilience of Asian economies to financial and economic shocks, emerging market status, fiscal policy and monetary policy effectiveness, political developments, trade and investment issues, tourism growth, financial and capital market growth, currency management, and housing market growth are some of the many aspects of Asian economic story that is of interest to Asian Economics Letters. With growing interest on Asian economies, there is a need for a letters type journal that becomes a platform for faster dissemination of cutting-edge ideas, preliminary findings, datasets, and practical, policy relevant research.
