Abstract
Ce chapitre explore la dynamique d'innovation dans le secteur immobilier, longtemps perçu comme peu réceptif aux transformations. En mobilisant la typologie du Manuel d'Oslo, les auteurs analysent les formes d'innovation produit, processus, organisationnelle et commerciale appliquées à l'immobilier. L'évolution des matériaux, l'essor des constructions modulaires et l'adoption de technologies numériques (BIM, CRM, smart-buildings, etc.) illustrent la transition vers un immobilier plus durable, agile et connecté. Le chapitre examine également la structuration des réseaux d'acteurs et l'émergence de la Proptech comme levier d'innovation territoriale. Enfin, il montre comment la blockchain et l'intelligence artificielle redéfinissent les pratiques professionnelles, la relation client et la sécurité des transactions. L'immobilier entre ainsi dans une nouvelle ère, portée par la digitalisation, la performance environnementale et les attentes accrues des usagers.
