Abstract
Cette communication s'inscrit dans les premières étapes d'une recherche doctorale en sciences de gestion. La thèse porte sur l'intégration durable de l'intelligence artificielle générative dans les pratiques internes d'une entreprise de services du numérique. Nous explorons les enjeux environnementaux, sociaux, économiques éthiques et de gouvernance liés à cette intégration. L'intelligence artificielle générative et la durabilité sont des concepts qui reflètent des logiques parfois opposées avec d'un côté la recherche de performance et d'innovation et de l'autre la réponse aux impératifs de durabilité. Notre projet vise à comprendre comment ces deux dimensions, pouvant être perçues comme antagonistes, coexistent et peuvent se renforcer mutuellement.
