La création de valeur durable en entreprise familiale : La mobilisation du capital familial

Abstract
Cet article analyse le rôle du capital familial dans la création de valeur durable en entreprise familiale. L'étude d'un grand groupe familial montre que l'activation et l'usage stratégique de ressources familiales–sociales, humaines, financières, de viabilité et de gouvernance–au fil du temps et des générations, favorise la création de valeur durable et renforce la résilience de l'entreprise familiale face aux crises. Elle introduit également la notion de «durabilité enracinée», portée par un héritage vivant, un ancrage territorial fort et des valeurs morales partagées.
