Abstract: Zusammenfassung Neue Arbeitsformen nehmen auch veränderte Arbeitszeitmodelle in den Blick. In den letzten Jahren ist insbesondere die Viertagewoche populär geworden. Der Ansatz verspricht Vor- und Nachteile. In diesem Kapitel wird anhand der Prospective Media Services PMS AG aufgezeigt, wie eine Umstellung auf diese Form gelingen kann, welche Aspekte in den Blick zu nehmen sind und für welche Organisationsform dieses Modell sinnvoll erscheint.
