Abstract:
Employees' Corporate Social Responsibility commitment is a key success factor for companies aspiring to anchor the principles of sustainable development at the heart of their operational strategy. Using a constructivist approach, this preliminary research-intervention work studies the employees' Corporate Social Responsibility commitment in a digital services company. This research aims to identify relevant keys performance indicators and propose a suitable methodology for measuring and strengthening this commitment in a sustainable way, while reducing its volatility. It explores how individual, organisational and contextual factors interact to shape this engagement.
