Abstract:
The problem of food security and loss reduction has become a global aspect of global efforts to fight hunger and improve food security. Half of all food produced in the world and half of all fruits and vegetables are subject to damage and are not consumed. This situation leads to a sharp decline in the incomes of participants in the value chain. This article describes the damage to the harvest of fruits and vegetables after harvest, its causes, stages, and the loss of value chains.
