I acknowledge that the customer support team has been very proactive and responsive; however, the registration process requires a lot of documents, and some of the requirements seem subjective and inconsistent with the published regulations. I have spent a considerable amount of time and am still waiting for the account approval.
Update 31/3: My account has been successfully created. Although it took some time and the process was a bit complicated, I’m satisfied with the result. I’ve updated the star rating from 2 to 4 stars. Hoping for a good collaboration ahead.
