Mark D. Cleve is a judge of the Seventh District of Iowa. He was appointed to this position in 1998.[1] His current term expires in 2018.
Education
Cleve was born in Davenport, Iowa. He received his undergraduate and law (1981) degrees from the University of Iowa.[1]
Career
Cleve began his career in 1981 as an Assistant Black Hawk County Attorney. He then worked as a private practice lawyer in Davenport from 1984 until 1998, when he became a District Judge.[1]
2012 election
Cleve was retained in the general election on November 6, winning 75.65% of the vote.[2][3]
