There were 68 local questions on the 2012 General Election Ballot.

49 questions were approved, 16 were defeated and 3 were too close to call.
  • There were 23 local liquor options on the ballot in Montgomery County, of which 18 were approved.
  • There were 23 property tax levy questions of which 14 were defeated and 9 were approved.
  • There were 24 city charter amendment questions of which 22 were approved, 1 was defeated and 1 was too close to call.
These charter amendments were in the Germantown City, Clayton City, Kettering City, Trotwood City and Carlisle Village.
  • There were 2 bond issue questions of which 1 was approved and 1 was defeated.
