Leo received his undergraduate degree from Fordham University in 1976 and his J.D. from Fordham University Law School in 1981.[1]
Career
In addition to serving as the Chief Legal Officer for the Town of Huntington, Leo runs a private law practice.[1]
2012 election
Leo was one of twelve candidates running for six seats in the general election on November 6, 2012. He ran on the Democratic, Independence and Working Families tickets. He was elected as a Democrat with 8.26% of the vote.[2][3]
