John E. Barnes Jr.
John E. Barnes Jr. (Democratic Party) was a member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing District 12. He assumed office in 2011. He left office on December 31, 2018.
Barnes (Democratic Party) ran for election to the Ohio State Senate to represent District 21. He lost in the Democratic primary on August 2, 2022.
Barnes was a member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing District 12. He assumed office in 2011. He left office on December 31, 2018. Barnes was unable to run for re-election in 2018 to the Ohio House of Representatives because of term limits. He previously served in the House from 1999 to 2003.
Biography
John E. Barnes Jr. lives in Cleveland, Ohio. He earned a master's degree from Case Western Reserve University. Barnes Jr.'s career experience includes working as an investigator and senior tax auditor with Central Collection Agency of the City of Cleveland.[1]
