Howard Maltz

Howard Maltz is a judge of the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He was appointed to this position by Governor Rick Scott in December 2012, and he was re-elected without opposition in 2014.[1][2] His current six-year term expires on January 4, 2021.[3]

Maltz earned his B.A. from the University of Florida and his J.D. from the University of Miami.[4]
Career
Before his appointment to the 7th Circuit, Maltz worked as an assistant state attorney in the 4th Judicial Circuit and then as the chief deputy general counsel for the City of Jacksonville.[1][5]
