Emily Virgin (Democratic Party) was a member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, representing District 44. She assumed office on November 17, 2010. She left office on November 23, 2022.

Virgin (Democratic Party) won re-election to the Oklahoma House of Representatives to represent District 44 outright in the Democratic primary on June 30, 2020, after the Democratic primary and general election were canceled.

Virgin began serving as state House minority leader in 2018.
