The state of Delaware held elections in 2015. In Delaware, school board elections were held for eight seats in five school districts, all of which feature among America's largest school districts by enrollment. This was a lighter year for Delaware as 2014 saw elections for U.S. House, U.S. Senate, state executives, state senate, state house and school boards.

Delaware utilizes a closed primary process, in which the selection of a party's candidates in an election is limited to registered party members.[2][3][4]

2014
In 2014, Delaware saw 34.4 percent of eligible voters place a vote for the highest office on the ballot in the November general election.[5]
2012
In 2012, Delaware saw 62.4 percent of eligible voters place a vote for the highest office on the ballot in the November general election and 4.3 percent of eligible voters turnout in the primary election.[6][7]
