A Durand Township Electrical Aggregation proposition was approved on the April 9, 2013 election ballot in Winnebago County, which is in Illinois.
This measure authorized the Township of Durand to arrange for the supply of electricity to its residents and small businesses in unincorporated portions of the township, who do not opt out of the program.[1]
