Carol Ann Dalton was an associate judge for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. She was appointed to the court by President George W. Bush.[1][2]

Education

Dalton received her undergraduate degree from City College at the City University of New York and her J.D. from New York Law School. She earned her LL.M. from George Washington University National Law Center.[2]

Career

Upon moving to Washington, D.C., Dalton joined the firm Winkelman & Mann. In 1992, she established a law office. From May 2000 to April 2002, Dalton was Director of the D.C. Superior Court's Counsel for Child Abuse and Neglect Office. In April 2002, she became a Magistrate Judge for the Family Court of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.[2]
