Incumbent Adam McGough ran unopposed in the general election for District 10 of the Dallas City Council.[2]

The city of Dallas, Texas, held elections for mayor and city council on May 9, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was February 27, 2015. Early voting began on April 27, 2015.
All 14 city council seats were up for election.[3][4] In District 10, candidates included Adam McGough, Paul Reyes and James N. White. Because no candidate received a majority in the general election, the top-two candidates — McGough and Reyes — advanced to a runoff election on June 13.[5] McGough was the winner.[6] Incumbent Jerry Allen did not run for re-election.[7]
