William Huntington Kirkpatrick (1885-1970) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

He was nominated by President Calvin Coolidge on March 3, 1927 to a new seat created by 44 Stat. 1347. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 3, 1927, and received commission that same day. From 1948 to 1958, he was the chief judge.[1] On May 1, 1958, he assumed senior status. He continued to serve in this capacity until his death on November 28, 1970. Kirkpatrick was succeeded in this position by Harold Wood.
