Thomas Croake
Thomas Francis Croake (1902-1978) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Croake was nominated by President John F. Kennedy on September 14, 1961, to a new seat created by 75 Stat. 80; he was confirmed by the Senate on September 21, 1961, and received his commission on September 22nd. Croake was succeeded in this position by Robert Lee Carter. He assumed senior status on January 31, 1972, and served in that position until his death on July 21, 1978.[1]
