Sue Tibbs
Sue Tibbs (b. October 6, 1934; d. April 7, 2012) is a former Republican member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, representing District 23 from 2000 until her death in 2012. Tibbs passed away after an extended battle with cancer.[1]
