Rhonda Reid-Winston was an associate judge for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. She was appointed to the court by President Bill Clinton in 1994. She retired from the bench on September 30, 2016, assuming senior status.[1][2]

Reid-Winston received her undergraduate degree from Duke University in 1975 and her J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 1979.[1]
