John Villareal is the superintendent of the Rockwall Independent School District. Villareal was appointed superintendent in May 2016. Villareal's previous career experience includes working as the assistant superintendent of student services of the Carroll Independent School District.[1]

Past superintendents

  • Jeff Bailey was the superintendent of the Rockwall Independent School District from 2009 to 2016. Bailey's previous career experience included working as the deputy superintendent of the Plano Independent School District.[2]
