Robert Lynn Batts
Robert Lynn Batts (1864-1935) was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit.
He was nominated by President Woodrow Wilson on January 17, 1917 to fill the seat vacated by Andrew Phelps McCormick. He was confirmed by the Senate on February 5, 1917, and received commission that same day. He resigned on August 22, 1919.[1]
