Mike Koffenberger was a 2012 Libertarian candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 4th Congressional District of Pennsylvania.[1] He was defeated by Scott Perry.[2]

Koffenberger ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Pennsylvania's 4th District. Koffenberger ran as a Libertarian and faced Democrat Harry Perkinson and Republican Scott Perry in the November 6 general election.[3]

The Washington Post listed the House of Representatives elections in Pennsylvania in 2012 as one of the 10 states that could have determined whether Democrats would retake the House or if Republicans would hold their majority in 2013.[4] Ohio tied with Pennsylvania for 9th on the list.[4]
