Biography
Donilon graduated from Georgetown University and Georgetown University Law Center. He was also a managing director of the Biden Institute and an assistant professor at the University of Delaware.[2]
Donilon worked in the Obama administration as a counselor to Biden. He also worked on Biden's presidential campaign as the chief strategist responsible for messaging, advertising, and polling.[2]
