Mike Prusi
Mike Prusi was a Democratic member of the Michigan State Senate from 2003 to January 1, 2011 and served as the Minority Leader of the Michigan Senate. Due to Michigan term limits, Senator Prusi did not run for re-election in the Michigan State Senate elections of 2010. [1]
Before becoming a Senator, Prusi served in the Michigan House of Representatives in the 109th District from 1995 to 2000.
Prusi attended college at Lansing Community College and Northern Michigan University. Prusi is a retired Iron Ore Miner.

On November 7, 2006, Prusi ran for District 38 of the Michigan State Senate, beating Pete Mackin.[4]
