The Missouri Definition of Marriage Amendment did not appear on the ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 5, 2024.
The amendment would have repealed Article 1, Section 33 of the Missouri Constitution, which defines marriage as between a man and a woman.[1]
