The Missouri Candidate Selection Amendment did not appear on the ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 5, 2024.
The measure would have allowed for a voter to choose all candidates they like in each race for primary, special and general elections without assigning any order preference, and require candidates with the highest number of votes to be declared the winner. It also would have required ballot titles to only include language found in the proposed measure.[1]
