The Missouri Ballot Title and Candidate Selection Amendment did not appear on the ballot in Missouri as an initiated constitutional amendment on November 5, 2024.
The amendment would have allowed for voters to choose all the candidates they like in primary, special, and general elections, and for the candidate with the greatest number of votes to be declared the winner. It also would have required ballot titles for initiatives and referendums to include language only found in the proposed measures.[1]
