  • The petitions were submitted by Jimmie Edwards to the secretary of state on August 16, 2023. Sensible Missouri was leading the campaign in support of the initiative.[2]
  • On February 25, 2024, Spectrum News reported that Sensible Missouri will not continue the initiative campaign for the 2024 ballot.[3]
