Minnesota School Fund Investment Restrictions, Amendment 2 (1984)

The Minnesota School Fund Investment Restrictions Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 6, 1984 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure removed restrictions on the investment of the permanent school fund and also allowed the limits on the investment of the fund and the apportionment of the proceeds to school districts be set by law.[1]
