The Maine Matinicus Island Docking Facilities Bond Issue, also known as Referendum Question No. 6, was on the November 4, 1969 ballot in Maine as a legislatively referred bond question, where it was defeated.[1] The measure would have issued $100,000 in bonds for the construction of docking facilities for passengers and freight at Matinicus Island.[2]

"Shall 'An Act Providing a Bond Issue in the Amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars for Docking Facilities for Passengers and Freight at Matinicus Island,' passed by the 104th Legislature, be accepted?" [3]
