The Maine University Capital Improvements Bond Issue, also known as Referendum Question No. 4, was on the November 2, 1965 ballot in Maine as a legislatively referred bond question, where it was approved. The measure issued $6.97 million in bonds for capital improvements at University of Maine.[1][2]

"Shall a bond issue be ratified for the purposes set forth in 'An Act to Authorize Bond Issue in the Amount of Six Million Nine Hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars for Capital Improvements, Construction and Repairs at University of Maine,' passed by the 102nd Legislature?" [3]
