Mark A. Brandenburg
Mark A. Brandenburg is a former Republican member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing District 15 from 2011 to 2015. Brandenburg did not seek re-election in 2014.
Biography
Brandenburg earned his B.S. from Bellevue University. His professional experience includes working as Vice President of the Board of Directors at the Union Pacific Railroad Museum, Manager at the Omaha Public Power District and Adjunct Instructor at Iowa Western Community College.

Brandenburg ran in the 2012 election for Iowa House of Representatives District 15. Brandenburg ran unopposed in the Republican primary on June 5, 2012, and defeated George Warren Yaple in the general election on November 6, 2012.[2][3]

Brandenburg won election to the Iowa House of Representatives, defeating incumbent Paul Shomshor, Jr. (D) in the November 2 general election.[4]
